Exchange and Return Policy
Our stores are committed to ensuring customers shop with confidence and peace of mind by providing the following services:
1. Refunds: Items may be returned for a full refund within 5 days of the purchase date, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt.
2. Exchanges: Items may be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt.
3. Gift Vouchers: Purchase vouchers are non-refundable for cash.
4. Discounted Items: Items purchased at discounted prices during promotional periods may be exchanged within 3 days of purchase. Refunds are only applicable if the item has a manufacturing defect, does not meet standard specifications, or fails to fulfill the intended purpose agreed upon at the time of purchase.
For the safety and hygiene of our customers, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless they have manufacturing defects, do not meet standard specifications, or fail to fulfill their intended purpose:
Swimwear
Underwear
Niqabs
Scarves
Earrings
Cosmetics
Please note: Any gift received with a purchase must be returned along with the original items if an exchange is requested.
